ok, its come down to..............

should i get

z custom med. crashes

OR

a custom projection crashes

 

i like them both equlaly...........but im leaning more to the z custom because i want a cymbal that will last for a long time, i just cracked my cymbals and i dont want to do that again for a long time!!!!

thoughts.........commments...........suggestions............???

oh, and i cant mix them, because i dont have enought money to get  more then 2 crashes.....................

riotboy have you checked the Zildjian web site? you can download samples of the the cymbals. sounds really life like through computer speakers

if your cracking your cymbals maybe you should set them up at more of an angle and try hitting them with a glancing blow, just a thought

if your a hard hitting metal man then maybe you need a heavier cymbal than the mediums? how about the z custom rock crash?

i think the rocks would be TOO much metal to push around, i like my cymbals to open up nice.......not take TOO long.......
