Welcome to the site Psychotic, Drop over to our intro page when you get a chance and tell us a little about yourself.

A few of us have taken up the double pedal in the past couple of years. I practiced single strokes and double strokes every day. Just like when you are working on anything else on the kit, go as slow as you have to to stay even and smooth.

Another pattern I've practiced is a flam followed by two strokes with one foot.
