what is one of the many things you have done that you regret. only drum related. so please.......no crying about how you let your girlfriend go or what not.....ok maybe a little bit of that

i regret working at gibson guitars, because it f**ked my wrist up to the point that it pops once every six hours now. and it wont heal. even after 3 months physical therapy and steroids.

lately its been doing better though, i haven't been able to play cause we dont have a rehearsal room, so i'm kind-of giving it a break also.

IF you ever lose grip of your sticks while playing drums, make sure the FIRST time it ever happens, you go to the doctor and have it checked out. FIRST TIME. none of that, "oh it will get better if i lay off it a little". NO. go to the f**king doctor.

Man, if I were you I would try and just rest it until it is fully healed...that may suck, but it may mean you will be able to play more later.

I regret not practicing...I need to practice more!

it doesn't affect my playing now, it just pops a bunch when i'm playin more than 3 times a week.

I was going t say yeah - but I have bugger all to do at the moment...and all I do is post here
