That looks cool. I dont think this thread is for me but i would use a side snare - just dont have the appropriate space for it. Joshua

aw c'mon y'all where's your lust? There's always room for more! Side snares are often placed out to the left of your hi hats. Everybody has room there! (except lefties) Lee

I'd be interested in a side snare, but I'd like to get a bigger kit before I buy one. I don't imagine myself using one with my 4-piece setup.

That's a great price but I'd want a shallower snare because I would have to raise my main snare height aswell.
