interesting little video showing their new kit ideas and rack.
im not a rack guy but that hex rack looks pretty cool.
i also like the multiple vents and plugs idea

From an engineering standpoint the hex tube adds an incredible amount of strength to the rack setup,but I also am not a rack guy. Of all the Japenese drum makers I like Yamaha the best,their shell construction and hardware are first class.

Nice to see Yamaha coming out with something a little more unique. It does remind me of Reference, but they're not 'standard' by any means.
