I personally never really liked Lars Ulrich - I always thought he was quite boring and a bit overrated. But he's indeed a metal pioneer, and you gotta respect him for that fact.

But as for personal opinion, I'm actually quite fond of the St Anger stuff... I like drums with an explosive, agressive sound. It sometimes even goes distorted. And it's very powerful and straight-forward.

Other than that, Load and Reload have some drumming I kinda like.

Metallica sucks!? Are you on crack? Metallica is one of the most influencal bands of all time, but yet they suck? The musicianship in that band is so awesome, so utterly amazing, that anyone who knew a damn thing about music knows that Metallica  is great. People who say such retarded stuff like "Metallica Sucks" shouldn't even be allowed to talk about musc, let alone play it.

As for saying, Lars sucks, go play the first 4 Metallica cds. If you still think Lars sucks, then go throw away your drum set, you don't deserve it..
