hey ! i forget to talk about the snare of LARS
what do u think about the snare of mr.ulrich , in the cd St-anger?

i think that its discusting and I cant understand that lars tuned his snare like this and think : HEy , is quite good !, mmmmf ppppfff i would mean mfffff pffff

what do u think?

I don't like thr sound of his bell brass except on frantic - where the snareless ring works for me. Otherwise the drum just rings way too much - I like ninja snare; in, out - get the job done.

As a slight aside I love the steel snare - it looks good and sounds amazing! I almost got one for £300 on Ebay - but got outbid at the last moment
