dang steve you are exactly right. My school is crazy fucked. they raised tuition by a grand this year. Made the uniforms even strickter. Spend 15 or 20 million dollars on a new gym Rudy Gay went to my school so we need a huge new basket ball gym (if you dont know rudy gay he was like the best freshmen last year UCONN) and new football stadium even though our football team is the C confrence Champions. WE STILL DONT HAVE FUCKING AIR CONDITIONING and this is a private school. And we dont have enough parking spots but dont get me going. None of our music or art classes are getting anything new.

Yeah, in my town, most (not all) of the private schools are literally build around their football/basketball programs. Only one private school here has a decent budget for their band program. The public schools in my county are mostly very supportive of music education, but don't fund it very well. Lee

My answer... Which will piss some off around here.... is to vote against the Jock party.... Which would be the one that cut the schools art budgets in favor of sports because it reminds them of military and war... Republicans.... Steve Studio Technologies
