Ok, just did some more maths - and if we assume that my Ł100 worth of drum heads were $100...then it would only be about $120...that is Ł65 (approximatly).

Put it on 4 week shipping from the US, and that would be about $10, we would still save about Ł20!!!!

That is after paying all the soding duty...I hate this country some times.

Right, what we should do, is all us British players - club together and bulk order...I could realistically order two complete sets of heads and still be saving over some of the prices I have been quoted!!

Ok, feel a bit better now - I worked out exactly the same order, and it works out (after import duty and VAT) to be slightly more expensive (about Ł9) to import them rather than buy in Cardiff.

If I hadn't had the Percussion House quote, I would have been better of buying in the states and having someone post them to me! Even paying the correct duty and everything!!
