| If You have been raised in a Christian household it isn't something You can get over, No matter what You do in life it stays with you. Me and my wife were raised in the same faith. When We married we weren't practicing our faith at all,but after We had our first child We decided together it was time. That being said the Apostle Paul writes in the Gospel warning Christians to not be unequally yoked with non-believers as it will lead to strife in the home. If You marry this Girl it will be Her "Christian Duty" to try and convert You to Her beliefs. If You are uncomfortable with that prospect You should break it off and find someone You are more compatible with,It will save you both a world of grief.
I, like Rich am not a preacher nor am I a shining Christian example but after many years of church life I've seen a lot of miserable wives upset with the fact that they can't convert the man they married.
Duncan , You seem to be a very intelligent highly motivated young man and I'm sure You will make a reasoned decison. Billy Member since Feb. 15 2008
