It is a picture taken in 1991 in a hotel in Japan.  The picture is taken accidentally when the photographer was in his room taking the first picture after putting the film in (Therefore, it's not a digital picture).  As you can see, right next to the newscaster's head, there is a face which looks very similar to traditional Japanese female opera singer.  If you look even more closely, you can see another face right at the caption part, but much more blurry.

This picture gets a lot of reponses on the net after it was posted.  Some claims that it could be a mal-function of the camera which causes this illusion.  Some says that it is the lighting or reflection.  Some says the picture is edited.  Just when the original poster thought this is just an illusion, he discovered something which totally destroyed all the claims.  His discovery made even bigger responses on the net.  From all the discussion about this picture, three final conclusions are made: 1) This is a real ghost.  2) It could be an image from another dimension or parallel universe.  3) It is edited, but almost impossible.  It couldn't be lighting or reflection or camera mal-function because the discovery is way too clear.

What is the discovery, you might ask.  Well, the original poster accidentally looked at the picture upside-down.  This is what he sees:

Ive seen it happen to one of my mates photos though, sometimes negatives can overlap or be purposfuly overlapped to create ghsotlike figures
