Very 'pingy'

I like a lot of stick definition - but I find that the 'ping' rides don't open up enough for me in the faster, heavier sections

that's exactly what I'm looking for as well, the perfect ride, the pure stick definition and that ringing sustain..I have still yet to find it...maybe a bigger but thinner ride?

I think thinker tends to give better definition and sustain, as the weight prevents it building up too much.

True...it is nice to have variety available.

As I like to say - just because it is there you don't have to use it...but if it wasn't there you can't play it if you want to!
