Josh let me know who your friend is. I'd like him to hear these Harpy/Krest cymbals I bought and get his opinion. I'm trying to find others locally to get together with. Bought 24 of the cymbals ranging from a 6" splash to a 20" ride for about 550.00 bucks. Got 10 of em listed on ebay for 220. I like em but they took some getting used to. Anyway if your ever close let me know. Thanks for the info, I posted my "old" kit. Can a pic be included in a post? thanks, Bob.

Thanks, It's old. Bought most of it in 72 when I was young. there's a 8" and 14" tom that are missing. broke the head on one and polishing the other. There also are 9 more cymbals to be hung as soon as I can replace the stand's that were stolen from me. Got a bunch on dings on em, but all in all they still shine for being 35 years old. I've not heard of your friend, where does he instruct?, I'll look him up. Rich, How did you get that huge pic in that post? As you can tell by my number of post's, I'm new at this. Thanks, Bob.

Bob, Nice kit. How are you polishing those to that kind of shine. I have a five piece set of "black chrome" 1976 vintage Slingerlands that I bought used in 1992. They don't shine like that.
