I still think the Tama HT 730 Ergo-Rider with the HTB5 backrest is one of the best. I don't like 4 legged seats, they're not as sturdy on uneven stages. I will say a cloth seat is beeter, I sweat like a pig. Bad enough I got to change my shirt I don't want to have to change my pantyhose too. Sabian, Vic Firth, Evans,

Actually I don't much like sitting on leather myself...sticky/hot in summer, cold in winter.

I saw a throne at 2112 that looks like a saddle, but it was on a shelf up above my head (like many things are in life, LOL) and I didn't want to bother the staff to take it down, they were busy and I was in a hurry that day. I'll have to go back and check it out.
