Could one be incorporated? Perhaps using the MySpell open source thing?

A nice summer project after the exams!

If you're not sure how to spell a word, check it with www.m-w.com (the Merriam-Webster Dictionary/Thesaurus), or if you have a word processor or something that has spell check, then use that first. :)

I just made a suggestion for a suggestion. heheh

If I can be bothered, I tend to use the built in one in Mozilla E-mail client...but just think how cool it would be to put a spell checker on the website

Can any of us (that is both electrical engineer and drummer!).

I love the way that spellcheckers die when you give them an engineering document? Just finished this whole document on cepstrum processing verses frequency domain analysis in software - word just gave up after line three

Ok, one plug -Use Open Office (www.openoffice.org) it is free and buries Microsoft Office. Plus it reads and writes Microsoft file formats, so it plays nicely!

It also allows you to save to PDF for distribution...worth the download if you just use that. It is open source, so the feature set and behaviour has been written and designed by the people who actually use - so there is no bloody paper clip!

Ad ends
