Hey, I need a good rocky song to play a drum solo too. Now, I am only a advanced drummer so no Greenday basket case. lol. At the moment i am playing skater boii by avril lavine. Get back asap Drummer.Girl.12

I've always thought the drum part was sort of cool for Skater Boi, so that's a good start.

I'd look into some of the stuff by No Doubt. Adrian Young play some interesting grooves and the is room to throw fills all over the place if that is the direction you are headed.
