It only just arrived, Birmingham Drum Centre failed to post my cymbals and pinstripes... how can you 'forget' to put those things in the delivery!!
Anyway, they dont know i've not got them yet so i'm gonna be on the phone to them first thing in the morning and make sure they post them NOW!!

Any advice on the bass drum? I'm not used to the acoustic kit as i've played an ekit. Small pillow in the drum? Theres no hole in the front skin.

So, whaddya think? I'm WELL chuffed with my shiny new kit Pleased

Pillow or blanket works fine just in the bottom not touching too much area of the heads. Better idea (takes a little extra money) would be to get an Aquarian Superkick I or II and a vented resonant front head. With this combination, you won't need any muffling and your kick will sound awesome! Lee
