Hello all,
Just got a TD4-KX2 set and when I play with headphones and volume dial is all the way up they are not very loud. Also the snare only sounds when I hit the rim or Vdrum logo. I appreciate any advice!

First try a different set of phones to see if it gets any louder. Also check and make sure You have everything connected properly.Roland keyboards go crazy when cords are plugged in the wrong jacks,I'm guessing their drum kits are no different.
I f You really want high volume You are going to need an amplifier. Good Luck.Pleased

Also try adjusting up the sensitivity of the pads.
