Anyhow, Moscow drivers are the best!
Two years ago I had a gig on Dec 28, a private gig. They picked me up at 2:00pm for the normal 30 mins it would take to get there. Gig was supposed at 5:00pm. I got there at 7;00pm. It may have been a good thing as everyone had been drinking for two hour already and were completely smashed when I showed up.
They drive like animals here, on the sidewalks, over curbs, over grass and bushes. I live a kilometer from the metro and it takes like 5 mins by car or bus, but at rush hour it can take an hour or more.
