| Just picked up a 16" Constantinople Crash. I hit it and it screamed 'take me home'. I couldn't argue, it needed to be with it's family.

| Nice score, Gene. That sounds like a setup that could cover just about anything. "I played with Holdsworth, Fripp, and Belew...I wish we drummers could play that differently. Drummers are starting to homogenize into the same guy, which frightens me." - Bill Bruford

| James,
They are absolutely gorgeous cymbals, and you can go surfing on their rich wash.
Haven't tried them in any rock or funk situations, but for jazz gigs they are amazing. I was playing a slow blues in 4 the other night (1/4=@50). The blend was beautiful with rim clicks on 4 and a feathered bass drum. I think the sizzle is built into these rides. A sound like that is the greatest cure for overplaying.
I'm extremely happy with the K Customs for more amplified situations, but I'll have to give the Constantinoples a shot in that context before commenting.
