I really want some in ears now...

Steve... u might know the answer to this.. is there any way i can get a small mixer and mix my drum moniter from my drums? Cos i have SOO many issues with my foldback and cos our FOH sound guy does foldbacks, and miking everything up.. its sometimes hard to get him wen his at the desk...

What type of monitoring is done now? do you have a seperate monitor board or just using a number of AUX busses on the console?
