| Hello, all. I've been taking drum lessons for than a year, played infront of people once, and I have the n00b kit of the century. ^^ I decided to sign up here in hopes of learning some more about drums and drumming. Enlighten me!
I don't have a picture of my kit. I may have one later, though.
Westbury Pro-cussion, 5 piece Camber C-4000 20"/51 cm Ride 14"/36 cm Hi-Hat 16"/41 cm Crash

hello again, dont worry about your kit! id say 99% of drummers start in the 'budget' zone thats not important. what is important is the fact you want to learn, you cant buy that and its that which makes a great drummer.
hope you stick around blank | | Message posted 2243 days ago | IP Logged |

| I hear lots of people with Westburys, but never seen one. Are they only US drums?
Don't despair, you got what Dave Grohl never had when he was learning, he used pillows! Tom | | Message posted 2243 days ago | IP Logged |

| My first kit was a Maxtone - the shells weren't bad but the hardware was C.R.A.P. I got well overcharged for it too! Saw a mint 2nd hand Pearl Export the next day for the same money! Gutted. Still it was 17 years ago now so maybe I should let it lie now . I'm not bitter....MUCH.
My DrumWorld UK set it LOVELY. Just needs new heads (still). I'm broke. Phil 'CrazyDrummer' Tyler | | Message posted 2242 days ago | IP Logged |

Never heard of them either.. They may be Canadian..... And welcome. Love the Avatar and please look around we seem to cover a lot of crap even when we get off subject. Don't take life or this site to seriously and have fun. BTW my first kit came from SEARS... No S$%T.....
PS it was RED sparkle...
