| Wake the f**k UP.. First of all 4 years ago there were no computer votes in Florida... It was punch cards.... Second they were counting votes in Florida that arrived after the deadline (mostly republican votes).... third now they have found Republicans tearing up voter registrations in other states... And by the way my 87 year old grand father is no dumbass and can work any machine you demonstrate to him.....
Now about taxes it's math 101.... Bush is giving money back and still spending at an alarming rate.... The deficit is going UP!!!!!! The tax surplus we had to pay that down has been erased by Bush and the debt hasn't been touched... We need money to pay for those things he is doing..... Now I have not heard Kerry say he would raise any taxes. He's just going to roll back the reduction given to the top 2% and if that's you (or your daddy) then you may be upset. But he's not raising any taxes.
Part line Republicans (and democrats for that matter) are the most stupid people in the world... You are doing the same thing the Rusians did for years and the same thing that led Germany down the road with the Nazi's..... You vote for your party not for the best person (in this case the better of 2 evils) for the job.
Step out of your holes, remove your pre-conceived ideas and read. Read from every source possible not just sources that agree with you. This is how I got to where I'm at. Both parties suck..... But when the head of the RNC says that if you are not with the "program" then you are a RINO (Repblican in name only) and should leave the party. Then he describes the "program" as pro-life, anti-gay, anti-terrorism (mouslim) and pro-christian I must run away screaming.... I have not heard that kind of rhetoric from the democrats yet.... When I do we will be in trouble...
Yes I am upset... I am on the side of this that has no insurance (can't get it either, even though I can afford to pay for it, they don't want to ensure me), I lost my corporate job to the economy, the prices for telephone, gas, electricity and other formally regulated industries (that the republicans de-regulated) are stedily going up and have never saved me money, I watch the upper 2% get richer at the cost of jobs leaving this country AND IT SUCKS... What is Bush doing???? NOTHING he and his buddies are getting richer..... (yes Kerry too but at least he admits it)

| Lee sounds like were the only ones thinking straight here........Clinton screw a lot of things up and left Bush the sh*t end of the stick and on top of that we had 9/11 and he has brought us back up and its still increase man if you guys did your reserch for both candidates (and thats not watching micheal moore bullsh*t either) then nobody in the right frame of mind would vote for kerry. The man is full of lies. Now i have a question for you Kerry people if Kerry is gonna give everybody these tax cuts how the hell is he going to pay for all the great stuff in his "plan"? Won't happen!
Now onto the military do you want a man telling our troops that all of their friends deaths and all there time was a big mistake is it a wonder why something like 70% favor George W. Bush
Side note that whole sh*t about chenny's daughter was WAYYYYYYYYYY outta line not only did john edwards do it but Kerry also did it useing the Vice Presidents daughters sexuality to hurt her father campaign is just disgusting FUCK

| Steve, in case you missed the debates, Kerry is also (so he claims) a religious man. He also attributes his decision making to his religious make-up. Religion is a "part of him" too. Those were his words.
The deficit and debt is what it is because there is a WAR GOING ON!!!! DUH!!!!!! It takes a sh*tLOAD of money to fund a war. When it's over, the deficit/debt will correct itself.
Jobs leaving this country is a result of the "global economy" Bill Clinton spoke so fondly of. NAFTA is the high-speed vehicle for our jobs going out of the country. Unfortunately, NAFTA is here to stay, and "global equalization" is now happening, that is, our manufacturing jobs for things like clothing, cars, electronics, are either being lost or being cut back in pay and benefits toward the level in other countries. Those same jobs in other countries are being added and are increasing in level of pay and benefits, as their economies adjust towards our own.
At least Bush has the right plan to help American workers who've lost jobs by re-training and educating them for different, more stable jobs.
Kerry's plan is (guess what) to take away the tax incentives from companies that take jobs out of the country. Here's why this is wrong: These companies are still American owned and have American stock holders. The extra money that tax incentives give the companies come right back here to the states. It is a sad, sad, sad misconception that "the rich" just simply have all this extra money they don't need just lying around....
What's really happening to the extra money is it's being INVESTED in our stock markets. That's GOOD for our economy and it grows more jobs in businesses that will stay here in the country. But Kerry wants to stop that. He's more interested in growing the government, not the jobs. That's why he wants to roll back the tax cuts for the "rich" so that the Government can spend it, not let the people use and invest it in our own goddamned stock market. Pardon me, but I just don't see how that's going to improve our already improving economy.
Insurance companies, and Doctors and hospitals charge what they do because of ambulance-chasing trial lawyers like John Edwards. We need tort reform and we need it now. But it won't happen because trial lawyers and the f**king ACLU are in the pockets of liberal democrats.
Likewise, the pharmaceuticals are in bed with republicans and that pisses me off too. But hey, that's why I'm a registered independent. Lee

| Good points Lee... All I can say is dig deeper... Maybe you will get past all the rhetoric that is being spewed and see the truth.. What I see in your opinions is the surface that these guys are each spewing forth. The truth is much deeper.
On Taxes I know small business owners who fall into that category and do you know what they did with the extra money? Nothing, it did not get spent on the business it was not used to pay for new people it went in thier pocket. Now that my not be all of them but all the ones I know which is quite a few.
And yes Kerry is a religious man but he has also said he should not force his belifes on others and Bush wants to do that.... Sorry I'm an Athiest and have the right not to belive that GOD has anything to do with this.... To ask me to belive ANYTHING else violates the premise of this country.
I just ask that everyone dig deeper into all of this... My words will never change anyones ideas but maybe the research will.

| Bush has said that he WILL NOT force his beliefs on others. He is no different from Kerry in this regard and to think he is, is only playing into lies of the far-left Michael Moore crowd. Bush has said he believs freedom to be a gift from God, but he's not "on a mission from God", he's only spreading freedom where he can to make our country and the world more safe, just like all other presidents in our history. Spreading democracy is what this country has always tried to do. But to buy in to what you're saying, Bush would be some crusader going from country to country over-throwing every government and making everybody there go to church.....
Mind you, the government defines "small business" as having up to 500 to 1500 employees, depending on the nature of the business. It's not just your local mom and pop pizza joint, it's also bigger business that DO re-invest the money. Also keep in mind that the business owners that put the money "back in their pockets" will go BUY THINGS! That's good!!!
By the way, I know what the truth is: It's that money buys votes and every single damn politician is a corrupt son of a bitch. They vote for whomever gives them and their party the most money. That's at least at the core of it all. But we gotta keep positive and be a part of the process (keep voting), or else things will go from bad to fatal. Lee
