| I told my husband when I took up playing drums, that Ringo was really my drum-hero....his drumming was and still is solid and steady. By hero I meant his strengths are what I aspire to be myself.
Plus I had a total "child-crush" on him when I was a little girl. *blush* That helps too.

| I am seeing many of you on Facebook, looks like! I have had to cut my internet time down some, had a lot of art to do lately (pet portraits) and haven't been online as much, sorry! Anyway! I have been drumming, yes! And Rob wants to teach me how to play the drums to an old Roy Brown song called "Butcher Pete" that's on the soundtrack to his Fallout 3 game. Sometimes I watch him play his game and the music is all old 40's stuff, really cool. I found several of the tracks online and the ones I couldn't get by track only, I just found other ones that fit, and made a cool "Fallout 3 music mix CD". Anyway the song "Butcher Pete" I love (in addition to all The Ink Spots' songs) and Rob said it isn't that hard to play on drums and he'll teach me if I want and I said yes. So, when he does teach me (I don't know if it will be today or not) and I feel comfortable doing it, I will do another video drumming and put it on You Tube (people have been asking me to post something else). I don't want to put another drumming video up until I can do something....errr...decent. LOL!

| Hi Mike! And no of course I don't mind your recommending my Facebook page to people, the more the better.
Anyway I love that song, and so does he, it makes us both laugh and I LOVE the beat of course! Since he said I would be able to do it and that he can teach me, I'm sure we'll do it...don't know if he'd want to play it with me though, never can tell.
