| My name is jeff. im 17, and have no job. I currently own a groove percussion drumset that runs for about 300 dollars new. I also use all B8's for cymbals (in spite of my aax splash, which came as a bonus when i ordered the b8s). My studio has 6 mics, and a cheep ass mixer. My total cost for evertthing including the drumset, cymbals, dw7000 pedals, GP hardware, mics, cables, and mixer was close to 1500. Out of this ghetto studio, i get sound like this.

| Holy moly that sounds awesome. Ive spent well over £1k on my kit and it sounds nothing like that. The hats sound really cool when opened slightly.
Does your snare have an oring on it? Its got to much ring on it for my personal preference.
Other than im relaly impressed! Tom | | Message posted 3033 days ago | IP Logged |

| | ahhh yes, the snare drum. Its a 14x5.5 pearl export i got from a friend, cause he likes mine more, and he's playin a gig. I dont like its ringy sound, and for some reason, i didn't think to muffle it. Its got a coated CS, and ambassitor hazy. I like evans power center reverse for snare's myself | | Message posted 3033 days ago | IP Logged |
