I'm not sure if this is by design, but it appears that moving a topic creates a symbolic link - so rather than moving the topic it just puts a link in the right place to the original location. Is this the intended behaviour? Gareth I'm from the Old South Wales. Original and the best.

Yes. It is. Because if you go into the thread directly to the correct category, you'll see it. It's by design so people who don't know it was moved can see that it was. And plus, there's a link for added convenience. Nice, huh?
