When i play at my church I always have lead guitar, bass and vocals. Maybe some snare and kick for youth meetings.

Because the guitars are always miked the amps aren't usally loud and because im behind a screen, I cant hear it at all unless its coming thru my monitor.

But i think we are getting wireless in ear monitors pretty soon.... i know Ive asked this before but I couldn't be bothered to find the thread... But does anyone have an opinions on in ear monitoring?

they have a new cheap set out now by shure, i was gonna go check that out, cause i'll have the same problem when i start playing. they use head phones right nowArgh!

it went good. it took me longer to put my pedal on than it did for me to play! i was up there for a bout thirty seconds, and the whole weekend people have been coming up to me telling me how impreesed everyone was, and i'm like...huh?!? i played probably 10 total measures and they were ok, we're done...PleasedCool Dude

10 measures? That's usually either a very good sign, or a very bad one.

Probably in your case, very good. You know how to play with good time and feel, and that's probably all they wanted to hear Wink
