| I watched a series called "Heavy - The Story of Metal" on VH1 just last night. It was a good chronology of how it evolved, progressed and digressed through the years.

It's split up into 20 smaller videos (and the first 5 are for some reason not working, so it skips straight to the 6th video of the 20) but if you haven't seen it, it's really worth it, so check it out!!
