"it was somewhat anticlimactic."

That is true for me as well I guess. After being with Jackie for almost two years my marriage to what's her name already seemed like ancient history.

My first marriage lasted 5 months from "I do" to the judge signing the final divorce papers. I was in my early twenties, she was a pretty 35 year old nymphomaniac that could cook and had one girl and one boy from her previous two marriages. We had nothing in common other than sex.

I got married the second time at age 35, you guys know how that one turned out.

I've never fathered any children, but divorce is a horrible thing even without kids added to the equation.

I recomend staying married forever if you can be patient and find the right spouse.

Of course marriage advice from a two time loser like me isn't worth much...
