well they both have their downsides face you could permanently be ugly lol and gut you could ruin your intestines .... face doesent hurt as much but gut ohhhh man that kills!

I spent 4 years with braces and had an operation during which they reajusted my jaw because I couldn't bite through a a piece of chicken. I don't want to go thru that again and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Call me Markus www.catnipcreations.co.za
