There's a town just down the road from here called Guelph. They have a university that is famous for their nature/agriculture programs.

There's actually a field in the middle of the university, where a cow lives. Just one cow. It was genetically engineered to be docile, so it would get along with the people. It also has a glass window that was surgically placed into its side so you can see into its digestive tract.
