Not overly! I think I'm a bit of a manic depressive to be perfectly honest. I have terrible mood swings and when I get down, I dwell on things that make me worse. Not good. I'll be in a funk for days, maybe a week or so before I level back out again.

I've suffered through terrible depressions at various times myself. It's not even easy for me to talk about. By many peoples standards, I've led a charmed life so it makes no sense even to me.

Just because your depression doesn't make "sense" to other people it makes you no less depressed. I've been at points in my life were one more pep talk or "things will get better speeches" from well meaning people just make things worse. I hope You feel better ,if You need help get help.
