Hello all! I've spoken with most of you guys already on my introduction thread, but for anyone new my name is Katie. I'm an employee of Greenbrier Music (or Greenbrier Percussion). I function as a sort of online customer service rep.

Any questions you have, you can post here and I'll check the thread every day and answer anything you need to know. You can ask if we carry certain items, or, more importantly, you can ask how much we can sell items for.

The prices on ebay and on our website (found below) are usually the minimum asking price (or MAP) that companies require us to advertise at. However, if you email, ask here on the forum, or give us a call, we can quote you a lower price than that. Often times MUCH MUCH lower, for our Drum World gang of course ^_~. But you have to ask me for the prices in order for us not to be violating our agreement with our providers.

Anything you see on these two sites you can ask about, or if you don't see something you're looking for, ask anyway! We have some products that we don't keep in stock and therefore don't list, but if you don't mind waiting a little longer for us to order it for you, we can still get it to you at a great deal.

We do ship anywhere in the world, and you can feel free to ask about shipping after you specify what items you would be looking for.

Thanks again to everyone who was so awesome and welcoming when I started posting here on Drum World. And to all the guys helping out to get the 50 posts so I could make an organized official thread for this.

(I generally check the forum while I'm on the computer at work, which is about 2-7 Mon-Fri, unless the boss wants extra time off and lets us out early...like today! Later people!)

Yup, Salam's sale (the kid from Saudi Arabia) seems to be going through well. I'm in contact with him through email, we're just waiting on his dad's paypal account to be verified and then it should be a go.

Good deal, thank's for helping out Katie.

What kind of hardshell cases do you carry?

I use Humes and Berg Enduro cases on four of my kits and almost all of my snares, but I'll consider other brands.

I need to figure out whether on not I'm going to pick some cases up for the Slingerland Gene Krupa kit. I know I will eventually get some, but I'm not sure if I'm going to buy them immediately.

The sizes are...

14" x 24" bass

9" x 13" tom

16" x 16" floor tom

16" x 18" floor tom

and 5 1/2" x 14" snare.
