I just don't get Zildjian Z series. They sound like frying pans to me.

Gene,
I have a 19" Zildjian Z series I wouldn't trade gold for!!! It is one of the best I have ever heard. On the other hand I have a Rare Z series Power Crash I am trying to trade. I think it just depends on the Cymbal!!

Opinions vary. Not questioning that people like them. Just not for me.

Then again, I doubt that "Z players" would have any use for m K Constantinoples.

The Z series also sound like crap to me. And you've gotta hit the hell out off it just to get that type of sound. A light studio smack and the damn thing is not even heard.
