Thanks for the input guys. Great amount of variety. Sounds like you know what "essentials" to bring along.

I carry all the extra stuff 'cause I also own, setup, and sometimes run the P.A. system. And rarely did a month go by without at least one of my guitar players begging me for a 9 volt battery for one of their pedal effect boxes.

Are the postings offering usable info for any newer players???
