| I only do if I was just doing something. If I was just sitting watching tv then no!. but if i was like shitting or doing something that causes my hands to get dirty or sweaty then yes!!! Matt the happy cow.
If this band was a person, it would be president. If this band was visual art, it would be the main attraction at Louvre. If this band was a book, it would be holier than the bible. -METALLICA

| I will wash them before, at the set break and before I touch cymbals or break down. if you have clean hands your cymbals don't get so dirty.
I sweat like a pig, so I change sticks every few songs.
Clean hands just feel better.
I like to shower too during long practices, take a break shower and eat. I feel new and can go for much longer.

| Yeah I'm a heavy sweater as well - I use the Pro Mark 'Natural' sticks when rehearsing or gigging and never let go of them. For excercising on pads etc, normal lacquered sticks I find are fine.
Updated on 12/4/2008 1:11:17 AM I keep a beer bar towel with me when gigging and thoroughly dry my hands down after each song also. Luke I come from a land downunder | | Message posted 604 days ago | IP Logged |
