haha

I dont generally "do" much exercise. But thats more from laziness because some stuff I do enjoy once I actually commit to doing it.

Always enjoyed and was brilliant at things like the sprints, discus, shotput, hockey and netball at school (although thinking about it, they are probably more muscle usage than fat burning type exercise - no wonder I'm so beefy)

Also love horse riding and is FAB for calorie burn, muscle tone AND makes me feel happy whilst doing it. I just have to find a decent local stables and book a lesson or hack. I enjoyed the beach hacks I went on last year - I've never lived close enough to a beach surrounded by mountains to enjoy something like that but Wales has the best scenery and environments to do such things.

A Zumba (look it up on YouTube!) class just started in my village community hall and as I've already done it with a video at home, I decided to go last night. Very much enjoyed! Its way better than a "dance class" or "exercise class" as it doesnt feel like you're really working out - just having fun dancing!

sounds great,
i think the problem with most people is they think exercise is a chore and so it doesnt take much for them to not do it. for me your have do do something which is fun....and for me that is not going to a gym....
