| Have tried Rogers, Slingerland, Remo, Ludwig, Tama, Apollo, Imperial, CB 700, and Pearl. I prefer Ludwig.
Zildjian cymbals all the way since 1970 (for me).
Sticks? Any will do, the cheaper, the better. I like collecting broken sticks to give (toss) away during live gigs. They make great "autograph" souveniers (can't stress how important it is to always carry a black Sharpie with you).
Heads? Remo Pinstripe and Weatherkings. Ludwig Rockers used to be great for a snare batter. ...from a Native American language meaning "Stale-Lump-In-Back-Of-Leather-Pants" | | Message posted 2472 days ago | IP Logged |

| If money was NO object then I'd have to have the Orange Acrylic Ludwig 'Zep Set' - I don't CARE if it doesn't sound quite as good as some other kits but that LOOK on stage would be amazing. Not to say deafening for the front 4 rows every time I stamped my right foot down during 'When The Levee Breaks' on that BEAST of a 26"x14" bass. Yummie.
