i'm playing a mapex m series kit at the moment. Devilishi love it but i'd like to try DWs and pearls some time. threy're about the only one's i've never played.

i should rephrase.Confused I would like play one of the newer pearl models. my instructor had a pearl kit and i played on that but it was a pretty old range. very cool kit nevertheless. but he said if he could buy a kit right now it wouldn't be pearl. don't know why but i guess his old kit gave him some problems.

her in aus its pearl or nothing, sad really but if you go to a specific drum shopthen they usually have mapex tama and pearl as the norm

i wouldnt mind a nice jungle green coloured pro m mapex yummy Pleased

I agree a 26" would suck to haul around. Not to mention you would have to buy a monster case for that thing.

Where in Aus are you Dan?? Confused most the shops we supply or even ones we don't, cater for most drum brands that are available anywhere else? Pleased

TAMA or PEARL but tama is the best ..for me anyway
