My favourite cymbal setup on a 5 piece drum kit is a 14" hihats, 16",18" Crashes and a 20" ride !

What about you ?      

Depends on the genre.

i.e. Rock: What you listed, Punk: Same - 18" crash + 10" splash, etc.

I use 14"hi-hat, 2X 16" crash, 18" crash, 18" china, 20"ride and 12" and that seems to work well playing most types of music

At the moment I use a 20" ride, 16"+18" crash, 14" Hi-Hat and a 18" China (Plus a 8" drumbal) I play pretty much everything with that setup. Once in a While I'll ad a splash or two...

boy i guess the comments i get about having too many cymbals may have reason (naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!!)

1- 19" aaxtreme china

1 - 21" sabian aax stage ride

and yes i use them all too

• 11" Max Splash Stacked on top of a cracked 17" AA Medium-Thin Crash

just wondering how you like the 18" aaxplosion crash ?? i'm debating on one of them,or a sabian ozone crash to change up my set-up  a bit for the tour i'm starting in 3 days from now ...i'd like to hear good or bad things about it ..
