I haven't cracked a cymbal in 42 years.My son cracked a Sabian in one day Trying to copy Wuv's set up in POD.

I don't know, I've had a couple drum instructors check my technique and they said it was fine. This was the first cymbal I ever got so my technique when I started playing probably was bad

I've never cracked one either. No idea how long I've been playing (as long as I can remember).

Some of my cymbals were inherited and are over 40 years old.

Member since at least October 2005!

I've sat down at kits where the cymbals are fastened down so tight you'd think they were lugnuts. Make sure the cymbals are able to move when you hit them.
