I need to get a job... lol

Zildjian has (finally) decided to produce Constantinople crashes in 15", 17" and 19" sizes. Up to now they only made 16" and 18" crashes.

Online they are almost a thousand dollars to get all three. Of course I'm sure Coleman and the gang at Washington music will be happy to give me a better deal. These are the first cymbals that I've lusted over in some time. I use my Constantinoples a lot.

Those are certainly attention grabbers for me as well.

I wouldn't want a 15, but the other two are very appealing.

When I use larger cymbal setups I tend to use a 14" or 15" crash in lieu of a splash for quick accents.

I've been using mostly 18" 19" and 17" crashes for the past two years or so. Sometimes I'll use four different 18" crashes and a 14" as a splash.

The idea of different sized Constantinoples really appeals to me. I've been using them or a mix of them with my Bosphorus Traditionals almost exclusively this past year.

So...

I need to save my money up for these.

I use a 14" Sabian for an accent cymbal. I'm looking to upgrade that particular spot on the kit. My 14" was bought at an auction and given to me.

In recent years 17" crashes have found their way into my heart.

+1. The two crashes I use most often are 17" crashes.

I've been using a 17" placed above my hats for quite a while on the Reference kit. Works really well!
