Does anyone have any experience with these snares? On Mapexs website there is no specs on how many plies there are, anyone know that either? I mailny play HARD rock/ metal music, will these fit in well with the right tuning or would you have any other sugestions?

All I know is that they sound absolutely awesome. But you get lots of different types. I prefer brass to any other. My opinion would be.....buy one.
