Just got back from an excellent production of Roger Miller's Big River.Great cast,small but excellent orchestra. One of my daughters friends was playing the Jim character.He's 17 and sounds like Lou Rawls,He was just awarded a scholorship to Montevalo.

Roger Miller was a victim of over the counter amphetimines.His testimony before congress is the reason they are a controlled substance now. When He got healthy again radio had changed and His career stalled.Big River put Him back on top in a big way.
