they weren't great or anything, i mean travis barker is an amazing drummer and that was the main reason i listened to them, but it was still a good band and im still sorry they broke up Upset

not a major blink182 fan. they knew how to write a few radio hits but for me there were only 2 decent songs per album at the most. travis barker is amazing but he's got some other bands (that often sound incredibly like blink). sometimes you have to get rid of the old to find something new and maybe a new fresh punk band will arise. it's needed. there are so many punk bands that sound the same, especially in this country.Upset

boxcar racer is the band your thinking of. its the band Tom and Travis started and they played the songs that were a lot deeper and harder that didnt really fit with blink. Its a great band
