Win win... ...hard to post when a project to going to crap. I'm currently listening to a hushed crisis meeting in the corner. Things not going well. Sometimes it would be far easier if I just wrote things myself. Gareth I'm from the Old South Wales. Original and the best.

Ah, at the moment I am the team as well. We worked out that our department are 120% utilised, before we deal with faults and breakdowns. Which is why every month I would almost 30% more hours than I'm paid for Gareth I'm from the Old South Wales. Original and the best.

I'm salaried... 36.5 a week. Average 2 extra a day, just to keep my head above water. I get overtime, 64 hours a year (April to April). As of this morning I am on 130 At least I get the plant bonus. Gareth I'm from the Old South Wales. Original and the best.
